Alexander Hall

Alec Hall is the founder and President of Alliance Cyber, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in cybersecurity governance and IT security services. With 28 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, Alec rose to the top rank of Chief Master Sergeant and became a renowned leader in communications and electromagnetic operations. He co-authored the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NIST SP 800-181) and played a pivotal career field management role in training and organizing over 18,500 cyber professionals.

Transitioning to the private sector, Alec has continued to advocate for cybersecurity excellence, contributing to the development of standards like the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). His commitment to empowering businesses and supporting veteran employment has earned him prestigious recognitions, including the 2015 SANS Institute “Difference Makers” Award, 2021 Orlando Business Journal “Power Player” recognition, 2023 Orlando Business Journal “Veteran of Influence” award, and as a finalist for the 2025 Military Friendly® “Vetrepenuer of the Year” award.
